Our most important facility is the truly Cornish environment around and about Fursdon Farm.

Situated on the edge of Bodmin Moor, the Hidden Heart of Cornwall, our site allows easy access to a variety of beaches, woodland and moorland walks including the Copper Trail.

The site itself comprises of two camping and caravanning areas. Both our Merrymeet and Rosecraddoc fields offer facilities including WCs, showers and a wash up area. There are no additional charges for use of hot water.

Our Merrymeet facility includes a book library and selection of table games. Also a laundry facility with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The chemical toilet disposal house is equipped with a flushing sluice, hand wash basin and electric light.

A small number of hard standing pitches are available in the Rosecraddoc Field. Please ask for availability when booking

There is a separate area for children’s ball games. No ball games are allowed in the camping areas please.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at no extra charge. In addition to the moors nearby there is an area on site where dogs are allowed off their leads. Owners are asked to be considerate of other site users when using this. Also to clean up after their dogs and use the separate bins provided.As dog owners ourselves we are pleased to provide information about a variety of public areas which can be enjoyed by dogs and their owners. These include a variety of beaches, woodlands and moorland areas. Cornwall is open for dogs! 

Free range eggs are available for sale. Also a small selection of essential camping and caravanning supplies. Local caravan repair engineers are available in the event of an issue with your unit.
